Terms and Conditions

Miles are not earned for accommodation with special discounts (agent, company, airline discounts, etc.) and hourly stays.
500 Miles are earned per stay. Miles can only be earned once for your stays on consecutive days.
If more than one member uses the same room, only one member earns Miles for the stay.
In order to earn Miles from your stays, you must present your Miles&Smiles card at check-in.
It may take a certain time for hotel stays to be reflected in the Miles&Smiles membership account.
In case of malfunction, the hotel invoice must be submitted to the hotel where the accommodation is made.
