If you have made your reservation online or through an agency, you can request a cancellation by contacting your relevant agency. Please note that the hotel has the right to directly cancel or make changes to reservations made through the hotel website. Cancellation and change policies of intermediary companies at their initiative and independent of the hotel.

If there are travel restrictions, flight cancellations and similar situations due to Covid19 coinciding with the accommodation dates of the guest, the hotel can cancel the reservation free of charge or change the reservation dates according to the guest's preference.

If there are force majeures that will hinder your stay, you can contact the hotel for a later date.
