Very helpful staff and great Location
I just arrived back home after spending 3 nights at this fantastic hotel. The staff where more then helpful. They went out of there way on multiple occasions to assist us when ever we wanted help with directions and wanted advise. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff. You really made my first time trip to Istanbul that much memorable. I also want to add how fantastic the location is with amazing views of the sea and city. It may be a low set hotel but it's situated on a hill so you really do get a birds eye view of the city and surroundings on the roof top terrace. I want to sincerely thank the staff at Eresin Crown Hotel for your amazing hospitality. The farewell chocolates that you give as a gift on check out was a very nice personal touch. I would recommend this property to anyone!
Excellent !!!
Staff was couteous, polite and attentive without being intrusive. We arrived at 01:00 in the morning after delayed flights, etc. Within 10 minutes I was soaking in the jacuzzi! Excellent!!. The room was quiet, beatifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is well located for visiting the main tourist attractions in the area. Artifacts, found during the renovation / restoration of the building, were displayed in different areas - Lovely. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace restaurant - beautiful view of the water and town... and probably the best breakfast buffet in the city!! Nice selction, very fresh.
Perfect hotel - it made our holiday
This fabulous hotel lived up to and exceeded our already high expectations. The concept of hotel and museum worked beautifully. Our room was spacious and spotless with extra little touches that made us feel special. We loved everything from the roof terrace restaurant right down to the welcoming reception area.The staff were professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them - we felt very safe in their hands. Excellent location in the old town, minutes from the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and a wonderful street bazaar that we visited again and again. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
Wonderful experience, amazing introduction to beautiful Turkey
Turkey was such an amazingly positive experience and the Eresin Crown Hotel was a positive, exciting, beautiful start. From the moment I arrived I felt cared for, safe and in the lap of luxury. From the beautiful museum pieces, to the food, to the rooms, to the roof top welcome it really could not have been better. And I travel alot so when I say it's one of the best I've been to, I really mean it!
I was treated like a queen at Eresin Crown - I will definitely return
Upon arrival at the Eresin Crown hotel we were greeted by a knowledgeful receptionist. The staff ensured that our stay was throroughly enjoyable from extremely good breakfast service to having our small requests catered. Upon checking out we were given a book about the hotel as well as candies - a sign of a 5 * hotel indeed!
We cannot but recommend Eresin Crown to others - not only because of its superb location next to the Blue Mosque and other important tourist sites - but more importantly because of its splendid decor, attentive staff and real 5* feeling through and through. The only negative thing we can say about the whole experience was the quality of the beds but then again we are used to sleeping on handmade beds that hotels never provide. Most importantly, we had no trouble sleeping on the slightly hard beds at Eresin Crown and what the hotel provided, exceeded all our expectations in many other ways.
INCREDIBLE/COSY/QUIET WALKING DISTANCE FROM PEARLS OF ISTANBUL
The title says it all. The hotel is not like these American 5 star hotels it is medium size and the rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.
We will definitley be back soon hopefully !!!!!
Fantastic hotel, situated near to the Blue Mosque and St Sofia
I have just recently returned from this hotel following a work trip to Istanbul. It is situated in a brilliant location, with beautiful views of the blue mosque dependant on where your room is located. The rooms themselves are very spacious, clean and have tea/coffee making facilities. All of the staff provides excellent service, and my suitcase was even taken to my room for me. There is a main restaurant downstairs where excellent food is served, and there is also a roof terrace perfect for summer - where you can see spectacular views of the sea.
The location of which the hotel is in has a market, and is only a short distance away from The Blue Mosque and St Sofia Hagia museum which are both worth visiting during your trip. This provides an excellent base to see all of the main sights that Istanbul has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will definitely be returning there.
